My answer would definately be chicken. Unlike red meat it is lower in fat and cholesterol, and unlike fish it doesn't contain mercury. If you buy bonless skinless chicken breasts on sale ($1.99 at least once a month at Kroger) it is the cheapest and healthiest of the three.. Plus the list of recipes goes on and on and on... Chicken is the meat with the most recipes. Save a cow... Eat a chicken.... lol!!
