If you are forbidden by your religion to masturbate or have sex of any forms then your options are: do not engage in sexual activity or engage in sexual activity regardless. There's nothing wrong with masturbation (or sex), as long as it is done in a responsible way. But if your religion denies you this, you can either follow that or not. Either way, your body will to what it needs to do. Many young men who find themsevles abstaining from any sexual activity will have nocturnal emissions (wet dreams). The religious issue is yours to deal with - biological urges will be there in any case.

There is no way to answer your question other than this. If you are having sexual urges, you can either satisfy them or not. If your religion prohibits such activity, you can either follow their guidelines or not. If you chose (and it is a choice) to follow those guidelines, then you must deal with the consequences yourself. Nobody can give you an answer.
