Broke vertabra spur in 1974, laminectomy and fussion in 1975. Left side fussion never healed. Reinjuried in 1998. Car Accident 2002 which since they only X-rayed my head for the consussion, out 10 hrs., could have produced the compression fracture.
I live in constant pain in my back, left hip and knee, plus migraines and headaches. My quality of life is maybe a 5 out of 100.
Even though I would like to join your workouts, my back can't take it. My left hip is so inflammed that it is 3 or 4 times larger than my right hip.
I am tired of hurting this bad every day, I have no life at all. Please help, someone !!!!!

I need a Doctor to fix my back, left hip and compression fracture. I have not been able to work because of the injury since 1998. The pain is severe enough to create magraine ans severe headaches. I need some quality of life, I have none now.

dam....sounds like your tore up from the floor up!!! See some specialists,they may can help with the pain.
