1) He can't arrest you for drinking if you're over 21, and he can't arrest you for offering him a beer if he's over 21, so where's the harm?
2) If you get him drunk enough, maybe he'll stop caring about your loud stereo!

Good idea. Might as well since he might treat you a little better as he drives you to the slammer. Why not turn down the stereo? Try headphones.
