Yes, it is unhealthy to eat anything everyday. You need something else to balance your diet. There's nothing wrong with red meat or corn but too much of anything is not good for you.

Depends upon your metabolism, and what else you are eating. Corn for the most part has no nutritional value cause it doesn't really even break down in our system. Have you ever seen as we call it "tracer corn" the morning after you eat it. As for red meat there are cuts that are better for you than others but you do need some vegis and startches.

Red Meat should only be eaten about once a week and corn has starch in it so choose a better veggie instead
