i live in silver spring, my parents recently replaced their carpet with laminate flooring wit hthese guys

did a real nice job and parents were really happy with them. didn't know if you were lookng for local businesses or what but these guys are pretty reputable

My husband's a contractor from NY, He'll come down and do it for the right price. Also, we know a good Realtor from down there. Message me and I'll give you her name. I am sure she knows someone reputable.
