I am practicly at my bf's house every night and when we are apart during the day its b/c he is @ work. His twin brother is a DOG. When his girlfriend leaves he brings the baby momma over. All his friends cheat and I hear all their cheating stories. Does that mean my boyfriend is like them b/c he hangs with them??

Not necessarily, but I'm sorry for you: Not only can I completely understand that making it hard to trust him, it does increase the risk of him thinking that way eventually, even if he wouldn't consider it now.

It's just human nature to behave more like the people we associate with most. I even notice my thoughts are very different when I'm at church vs. hanging with the bikers. That's why our parents were so right when they told us to choose our friends carefully.

I hope he is the exception (and an exceptional man, too!) Good luck to you.

No.. my boyfriend used to hang out with people like that too. One day he got sick of it, they were trying to convince him to go out with them and go hook up with a few of the girls they knew. He told them that he had a girlfriend but they didn't care, they said "She'll never know" He finally walked away.. I don't think he has talked to them since then. The only danger of your boyfriend hanging out with those guys is that they may try to convince him to participate in the cheating as well. Talk to your boyfriend and let him know that his friends make you uncomfortable and tell him your concerns... he may be a bit offended but just let him know that your trust him, your just asking if they have an influence on him. Good luck and God bless.

It doesn't mean he is.. although.. he may try to get them to think he is. Some guys want to fit in, so they change and act the same as those around them. However, it doesn't mean he is cheating - he could just be giving the illusion he is cheating so he is seen one of the guys.. but deep down he isn't like that at all.

Dogs are the most faithful species among animals. They'd never betray or cheat on others especially their directly-related people. Likening your bf's brother to a dog is giving him great credit, he is a hyena if you want to categorize him more precisely. Your bf is just a baby hyena, dump him and get yourself a worthy and faithful bf.

His twin brother! Of course he is like the ones he hangs out with and he was raised exactly to be like his twin. You fears will be confirmed eventually.

People usually hang out with ppl that have "like characteristics" with each other. While I cannot speak for him because, well, I'm not him...men suck. If they are all sitting around boasting how they are whores that would be a BIG red flag to me. ??? You just have to decide for yourself...and know that you have to live with the consequences.

Usually birds of feather stick together but it might be that the friends are more his twins friends and he just gets them because they brothers. He might be a good one.

Usually people tend to act like their close friends. A few people are different though, but overall I would say that he is probably a bad guy if all of his friends are.

You know so much about everyone else to label them DOGS, so why do you not know enough about your BF to label him a dog or not? Something wrong here, and it starts with you. Fix it.

If he did not respect the values of his friend then they wouldn't be his friends. Apparently he sees nothing wrong with what they do so expect the same behavior from him.
