She might have a skin problem, or she might be allergic to something that got on her fur. I recommend you take her to the vet as soon as you can.

Take your cat to the vet ASAP. She may have fleas or something else wrong with her. I have heard of cats being depressed to the point that they will lick or bite their fur away. If she has fleas and it is really irritating her she may be attempting to bite them out.

She could be severely allergic to fleas or something similar. Take her to the vet for something that will make her feel better. The vet should also be able to prescribe an Elizabethan collar to keep her from licking.

Hmm..nicely fleas spring to strategies, yet you assert you had her checked? have you ever heard of ringworm? What this is, this is a around ring this is a fungus, and cat's are extra services to it than canines/people. this is contagious to people, canines, birds etc. I definitely have ringworm suitable now. this is somewhat pink ring on my arm, and this is itchy. the reason I point out it, is the two b/c once you get it this is incredibly itchy, and b/c if it have been to get on your hair, your hair could fall out in that spot.... lol! i take advantage of lotrimun and that works nicely.. ok, adios!

could be a skin allergy to fleas, changes in diet or the rise in the heat... vet would be able to tell you more with so many possibilites I'd be hard pressed to even make a guess.

Its called hot spots. I don`t know if you can go to petco store and buy some medication to put on her. You may have to take her to the vet.

It's called a hotspot. She needs an Elizabethan collar.

It might be the shampoo or soap you use for the cat, or if you don't give it a bath, it's probably allergic to something.

TAKE HER TO THE VET!!!
It could mean a massive amount of fleas that are eating her alive!

Call the Vet as soon as you can. she may be allergic to something, or she may had gotten into something that is irrating her skin.
