turkey. Dress it up by putting it on a Crossaint, maybe find a great dressing to add flavor....but, stay away from salads...chicken salad, tuna salad...eek!!

A variety of small finger sandwiches like turkey & swiss, pimento cheese, ham & provolone, cucumbers w/cheese cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. You get the picture.

I would like a roast beef and bacon sandwich with cream cheese, provelone, TOAST IT - then put on some lettuce and tomatos with salt and pepper

my personal favorite is a 6foot hero made with fried chicken cutlets and fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. Should feed about 12 people.and don't forget the side salads!
