Most of you claimed souls don't really exists, but how do you explain to me evil possessions, exorcisms?
Even Wiccans believe in spirits. Props to them.
How do you explain to me the people who have been in Satanic Churches who see demons and spirits?
Also Spiritualists (Espiritistas) and Mediums the ones who contact the spirits of dead people.
I am not Wiccan nor Spiritualist and believe that they DO contact spirits, demons, souls and I don't agree with their believes.
There are also other beliefs that believe in good spirits, evil spirits, souls.
What do you think about that?

And how do you explain to me Voodoo. In Haiti the legs of the dead people in the graveyards have to be cut because of people who do Voodoo's to others using their powers to get this cadavers possessed with the demon and do harms to others. That is true. How do you explain that?

They may very well exist. Science says that energy can be destroyed, just converted. Perhaps that applies to the soul.
But exorcism and possessions as PROOF?
Sorry. I don't buy that for a second. I had a close relative who was a paranoid schizophrenic. Only a little over 50 years ago, she would have been believed to be possessed. And I've never seen ANY real proof of demonic possession. EVER. I've heard stories- all of them by people who already believed in demons taking over poor souls- but that is NOT PROOF.
Find real proof then bring your argument again.
That's what really ticks Evangelicals off. The rest of us want them to use logic. And logic takes work.

Whoever told you that there are no such things as spirits? People are souls..each individual souls..however we are not immortal and do not have each individual little spirit housed in a fleshly body. The Bible says as much. The particular "beings" that you are describing are not the "souls" of dead humans...they are exactly what you say...demons, evil spirits and so forth. Every evil spirit is a being that has rebelled against God...not immortal but doomed for destruction at the end of things...like the demons that Jesus confronted and rebuked..they begged not to be sent to the pit asking for mercy. The angelic presences existing in the lives of people are simply that...Angels as encamped around all those belonging to God. The Angels belong to God too. I'd stay well clear of all that garbage. If the Word of God warns against such things and tells you that the "power" and enthrallment are a risk then I would recommend you take that warning. If God says not to mess with it..then don't mess with it. Love in Christ, ~J~ <><

Very easily - they are all figmeents of peoples imaginations.
Do you know why I dont believe in ghosts? Because thhey dont exist. Because they do not exist, none ever appear to me! However, if you are a believer, then your mind will make you "see" things that are not real.
Evil possessions and exorcisms are fake. Sure, they make for great stories, but they are all just figments of imagination....
My fav movie is Constantine, about an exorcist.... But I still dont believe it. Just good entertainment....

I don't believe in any of that tripe.
To understand a bit more about the oddness of the human brain, read the below article. It is lengthy, but terrible interesting regardless of whether or not you like the author's main premise.

psychotic episodes. There is a lot about the human brain that we dont understand and to just explain it away with fairy tales about souls and demons is pretty irresponsible... do you still believe the earth is flat???

They dont exist. The people who "claim" to have seen them have their own problems.
