yes add a tsp. of mayonnaise instead eggs . for every 8 one tsp.mayo. not miracle whip mayo

yes, you can bake a mayonnaise cake. I know it sounds gross but, It is the moistest cake you will ever eat. During the depression mayonnaise was used to replace the eggs and oil. I have been looking for a good mayonnaise cake recipe. My mother used to make one, but I can't find her recipe. you can find recipes for the cake at recipes.com if you are interested.

There are some egg-less recipes out there. I don't know exactly what specifically they substitute for eggs.

egg is the binder. you have to use a substitue binder, such as an egg alternative from the dairy department of the grocery store.

You can do it, it just won't stick together. You'd have to leave it in the pan.
