A Discount Liquor store in the USA.
If you are visiting England or Scotland because of their VAT tax, it is cheaper to buy liquor, scotch, and such in the USA than at the place where they are made.
I like Talisaker Liquor (Scotch). It is a brilliant orange-gold. Rich seaweed and peppery, peat aromas. Moderately full-bodied, with silky texture and sweet malty notes upfront.
