I realy, really Like this girl...and i always flirt with her and talk to her...and she always is flirting back and i cauaght like staring at me a couple of times and when i look at her she looks down...one time she walked behind me and like gently touched my ear and smiled as she walked away..Does that mean she likes me??? what does it mean iam really confused LOL ??? but one of her friends who i know but i can clearly tell she doesnt like her "the girl i like" beacuase she is always backbiting about...told me she has a crush on some other guy!!! she also told me she smokes??? PLEASE HELP REALLy COnfused

Maybe her friend likes you and doesn't want you taken off the market......
It does sound like she likes you a lot, but it isn't like you can ask her........if you are wrong, I can gaurentee it would be embarrassing for you.
I would suggest spending time with her. Maybe talk about a movie that is out right now and if she shows interest in seeing it, offer to go with her.
Also, every high school has that one big mouth that can't keep a secret if their life depended on it. Seek that person out and let them know you like her. I'm sure it won't take more than one day for the word to get to her....

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

my sister does that a lot to her guy friends. she might just think of u as a good friend, or she's hitting on u cuz she likes u.
