It has taught me patience in the face of adversity, It has taught me to trust in God, Who said that after every difficulty, there is always a relief and finally it has taught me to appreciate myself, my life and my zeal for it.

There is a verse in the bible that says suffering produces perseverance, character and hope. The hardest things I've ever gone through in life....and there have been a lot of them...have been the things I have learned the most from. If someone said to me, I'll trade you all that you know from your experiences....and you'll have no memory of any hurts, I'd say, no way. What I've gained is worth everything. Also, I learned from hard experience that what you sow, you reap. Interesting how many years I did not put together my actions and the consequences of those actions!
Plus which....God works all things for good. Even those things that I would say "now how on earth will this be worked for good"? But....He does!

That life is too short to sit and dwell on the suffering. I'm not the only one that has endured the suffering so get off my butt and go do something for those in need.

I have suffered much in my life, particularly through the death of my youngest child at the age of 12. However, I have learned to get better instead of bitter. God has been my refuge and strength and a very present help in times of trouble. I have leaned hard on Him over the years, and He has never once let me down. He is faithful God, and with the comfort He has given me, I am therefore able to go and comfort others with that same kind of comfort.

I have endured more than I care to remember. This has taught me not to try to do it alone..It just doesn't work. I have learned there is a Higher Power and I am not it.

More than I have time for. What was suffering at the time, has all come to be a blessing. It has brought me joy, and peace. I ahve learned lifes lessons, and grown stronger because of it.
Almost everything I have learned has been from some kind of suffering.

it has taught me that life is not fair and i cannot see them throught pink cloured glasses. every thing in life happens for a reason good or bad. makes u a better person and a stronger person. maturity is the name of suffering and then learning from it so u either know not to do it or to do it.

well, I believe that there is a lesson thatt comes out of everything example , death, bad test grade, sinckness, and sp forth. from that death, i may get that God took them out of a world of sudffering and pain, ,making a bad test grade may tell me to study a lil more , and a ot harder, sickenss could tell me that I need to rely on God more. All this and much more has taught me that God is an extremely powerful God, and that I can do anything, or endure anything with his help, and guidence.

I have anxiety depression and its been really bad for just over a yr now. maybe it's taught me to be nicer person I feel like I have to be nicer to people and try to be more caring and helpful. But I wish I wasn't going through it just want it to go. Don't feel like it has taught me much, apart from techniques to help me deal with it and make it better which I can teach other people to help them.
