Go to your local health food store and buy coconut oil (just plain coconut oil). I had your same problem, my hair was very dry and I could hear it breaking whenever I combed it. Massage coconut oil in your scalp and apply it to your roots daily and BAM -- no more dry, breaky, unhealthy hair! It's an all-natural MIRACLE!! YAY!!! Only one downside: your hair won't hold a curl if you use it too liberally.

Go to your salon and get a hair treatment done, these make your hair feel lovely. Get your self a moisturizing hair mask and put it once a week over night. Get your self a paddle brush or a brush without mettle bristles. When your drying your hair don't hold the hairdryer right near your hair hold it about six inches away and pointing downwards this helps your hair stop splitting at the root. Use a heat treatment before drying your hair and when possible just leave your hair to dry naturally, don't rub your hair with your towel though just squeeze it to remove excess water.Use a leave in conditioner when your hair is almost dry and remember when using heat products to dry your hair never fully dry it as this just takes out all the moisture from your hair.
Hope that helps you

I'm not sure what your ethnicity is, but you'll find that if you go into the hair care aisle for black hair, there are many producst that will repair coarse or damaged hair. I'm white and use these products all the time because my hair is thick and coarse and prone to breakage.
Also try a conditioner called Mane & Tail, available at Sally's Beauty Supply or Walgreens. It's about $6 a bottle, but a little goes a long way, and it's great for detangling and everyday maintainance.

You have already bleached it 3 occasions so I'm certain you can not get it healthful superb quick. My sister bleached her hair as soon as and it took a whilst for it to get healthful once more. I could endorse that you simply allow your usual hair develop out and avoid bleaching it for a whilst. There are nutrients referred to as Biotin which is helping hair come to be more potent and more fit. Once you hair is more healthy then cross forward and difference the colour, however it is not going to magically come to be healthful in a single day and won't keep healthful if you're regularly bleaching it.

Get Humectus by Nexxus, its a conditioner but it's hair medicine. Apply after shampoo and place a plastic bag on your hair, sit under a warm dryer for 15 minutes. Do this every week, as you see your hair getting stronger, trust it will, you can go to every two weeks. Work yourself to once a month, but this is a girls necessity!!! All of my clients want to know what I use to make their hair look so healthy, so you have my secret. Sally's now carries it.

Definitely take a trip to a salon that carries Kerastase Paris, and have them perform an ampule treatment on you ..I suggest a Vita-Ciment treatment, it will recharge your hair, and make it up to 57% healthier.
