He should digest it just fine. Although it may upset his tummy the paper should just go right through his system. Be prepared for some diarrhea though.

I would definately keep an eye on him...If he looks like he's going to get sick, or has that look, on his face, and doesn't have a doggy door.....I'd grab him, and run, for the door!!! Poor dog....My son, use to feed toilet paper to our dog, to see if he would eat it, behind my back, so much so . My dog started going into the bathroom and taking the end of the roll, and dragging it al through the house...I had to start keeping our bathroom door shut. And, my son, was in trouble for that one, every time it happened...Funny now, when I look back...But, not at the time. Good-Luck,, with your dog..

It's too late now, but the next time that he does this, make him throw up. Just don't do this in the case of poisons or chemicals. Peroxide given to a dog will make them throw up. Here's a weblink with the dosage by weight.

Invest in a large bucket. Probably won't make him sick. Dogs can eat all kinds of stuff.

Call your vet asap.
it may not hur them but it may block their intensines, or bowel. I dont know it depends on the dog and how much they ate of it. Let me know how he or she does okay? I have a dog that ate ballooons.
