m137 pay - Those are good things. I agree. But, they need to be done by praying people. THEN those things will work, because we will have Gods blessing.

mb5 ca - No, I mean people who acknowledge God who take intelligent action. I am not saying to only pray. You know that, stop it. We need to be intelligent people who are blessed, not just intelligent.

Functioning intelligence services that share information. A rational geo-political strategy that recognizes how different cultures interact with one another and minimizes the apparent effects of US hegemony. Empathy. And back it all up with a big stick, as Teddy Roosevelt would say.

No. In fact the opposite is true. The security of America would be very much jeopardized if people relied exclusively on God, as Jesus instructs.

Imagine all US Customs and border guards simply praying together to God to show them which people to search at the airport. According to Jesus, their prayers would be answered if they were sincere. Would you doubt their sincerity? Would they be praying for something bad, or something impossible for God to grant?

My faith is in metal detectors and explosive-sniffing dogs.

No. Atheism is protecting us from it. Just imagine if George Bush said that God told him to nuke the mid east and he didn't have any atheists stopping him from doing it.
