With a field strength meter.

If you want absolute measurements you won't be able to afford one - and probably not know how to use one anyway.

Have a talk with a knowledgeable amateur radio licensee. Some of them use relative field strength meters and should be able to tell you how to make a simple one.

Wind copper wire around your house about 1000 times and see if you can light a low-watt bulb from the induced EMF.

you can use a geiger counter for the radiation... not sure about the mag fields, tho
