Anything with a positive attitude. The last thing we want to hear is the negative side of things. If the only thing a girl likes to talk about is negative then we want to hear silence. In return we as guys owe them the same attitude. One thing I will add though; girls want true love from guys and guys need their ego fed. It's a give, give relationship.

The one thing that I LOVE to hear from a girl is straight forward honesty. A woman that can carry a conversation intelligently about any variety of subjects is also incredibly attractive.
Finally, although I think that it lacks everywhere in society a little appreciation and a thank you now and again is really nice too.
