Smoothie:
In a blender add some washed strawberries, or a 1/2 cup of strawberry sorbet. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 cup ice, blend. Add more or less ice if desired.

Easy Chicken & Noodles
1 pkg of egg noodle
1 lb boneless skinless chicken, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 dollop sour cream, optional
salt/pepper
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30-45 minutes

Cook noodles acording to the package. (you can sub with rice if you want)

While the noodles are cooking, in a skillet add 1 tsp of oil. On medium heat sautee the onions and mushrooms. Add the chicken and sautee for 10 minutes.

Add can of cream of mushroom soup into meat mixture, mix well.
Lower heat to med/low. Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occassionally.

When meat is cooked, turn to low. Add a dollop of sour cream and mix. Cover and wait for noodles to be cooked.
Drain the noodles, and serve meat over a plate of noodles.

OK take an hamburger helper or spaghetti noddles.with the ham- you do what they tell you to do on the box then add sweet and spicy smelling seasonings and add them to it then take a pecie of bread and make some garlic bread and you will have a wonderful dinner. Also with the noodles boil'em drain'em session the same as you would with the hamburger- then add some beef and salsa or spaghetti sauce and put some garlic bread with that

my dad gave me this recipe one day over the phone just after I went to college because its easy and SUPER CHEAP!!! i dont know how many people you are trying to feed, but this feeds about 2 people (that dont eat too much)

about 1/2 box of pasta noodles ( shells or rotinior anything similar)
one can of drained tuna
one can of cream of mushroom soup (you can use cream of chicken or cream of celery if you dont like mushroom)
and just a little milk if you want it thicker

boil the noodles then drain.
remove from heat.
add the tuna, soup, and milk.
stir

here is a really good drink its kinda like a smoothie, but not really.

just blend Jones Soda (or any other kind of soda, but I like Jones because they have a lot of different flavors that dont taste like regular pop) with ice and ice cream!

Deer meat stews, meatloaf, stirfry, and kabobs. If you know someone that hunts try to get some meat from him. It's also alot less fattening. Goodluck! Also potatoes, goes good w/everything and they're cheap.

Pasta is always good - its easy to do and its cheap. You can do one with Tagliatelle, olive oil, pesto sauce and roasted pine nuts which is nice.
