I love the spicy chicken sandwiches from Wendy's.
What spices or seasonings do I need to make my own?

Ok, you want spicy chicken sandwich, here ya go:
i assume you have the base chicken breast aleady done so here is one i like:
in a food processor, mince up into a paste the following:
1small onion
2 small or 1 big jalapena pepper already de-seeded.
1 table spoon honey dejon mustard
1 dash of texas peet hot sauce
1 good squeeze of honey.. not much, just a small glob
enough mayo to make a sauce
and a teaspoon of horseradish
this is great on pork, roastbeef and any thing you can slap between two slices of bread......enjoy

If I were a betting man, I'd say the base is Mayo... mix in some spicy mustard, some chili powder and ground cumin.

No way to know for sure.... If you'd like it more spicy, I'd try some ground cayenne pepper... but I'm sure the smoky flavor comes from cumin.

you do no longer choose a recipe somewhat. in basic terms practice dinner your breast in some italian dressing on low til cooked by using, turning occassionally. Slice some onion skinny, lettuce, tomato and in case you have sparkling basil, which may well be good on it. Use provolone and mozzerella cheeses in case you have them. you would be able to improvise with any cheese you elect of course. you will choose to throw all this on an identical time on your Ciabatta or distinctive good bun and throw into the oven on low broil, open confronted for approximately 5 minutes to soften cheeses. Then placed it on an identical time and experience!
