Generally, a Kingdom Hall is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems the questioner is from such an area.

Interestingly, Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians, based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Some of them do but not all of them. I'm not sure what the official answer to that question is, but is certainly does help to keep you from getting distracted during the meetings. It helps you to pay attention if you keep your eyes focused on the speaker. If you have windows all around you where are you going to be looking?

Modern Kingdom Halls are frequently built without windows for security reasons and to save money.

I was thinking originally that without windows they could have privacy. This way they couldn't be annoyed by others they same way they annoy people by going door to door.

I now stand corrected...

THey don't want people peeping in during the service maybe? Or think it will distract followers who are inside.

Lots and lots of religious groups don't have views out from the main worship room. I never really thought about it myself. I always liked stained glass windows.
