Lots of people say they support the Troops. I hear it all the time. From someone who is in the military, if all you do is sport a little yellow ribbon on your vehicle, then let me be the first to tell you - you do not support the military. Our Troops that are in-country could give two craps that you have a yellow sticker on your car, or wear a band on your arm. And if you are one of the ones clamoring for them to come home now - then you really don't support them, because those same soldiers will end up fighting the same fight against the same type people at some other time and place if we don't draw the line here (anyone remember Mogadishu?).
If you really want to support the troops, then do something that will make a difference in their lives. Send someone a care package, video tape TV shows for them that they can't get, volunteer at a soldier recovery center, or - the greatest of all support - join them in their fight agains terrorism. All branches of the service are taking new recruits, help them to get the job done earlier.

I am the proud mother of an United States Sailor.
My Sailor and all shipmates serve with Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
There is no honor in a President who knowingly deceives those who serve, with faulty glorious goals of missions.
There is no courage when mistakes are ignored and compounded for political gain alone.
There is no commitment when fallen soldiers are hidden from view to fellow patriotic citizens who wish only to pay respect.
I expect a president to be above and beyond the call to honor and duty to country.
All I see is a man politically hanging on by the skin of his teeth, and using military personal lives as an ante in the good vs evil blood stained ''who's the biggest threat" poker game.
Americans have got to stop hiding behind the mantra that "we are right" and move our lazy asses to "do whats right".
My *** is one of the first that should be moved. I want to do the walk, not just the talk...

I support the Men and Women of the Military of the United States of America and the President of the United States of America. When I see soldiers in uniform, I say to them "Thank You For Your Service To Our Country, the United States of America."

Yes, I do, as I do your remarks. There is nothing quite so un-American as personal bashing and questioning the patriotism of your fellow American merely because his opinion differs from your own. This country was built on its town-meeting ideal of talking until we get a consensus, which can only be done on the principles you advocate. While I find this President, his policies, and many of his supporters highly objectionable and liable to being proven wrong on many issues, it is a deplorable custom, begun by the right-wing during the Clinton administration, to personally malign the President and impute the worst possible conduct to this country. Persuasion is the only weapon we may justly wield against our countrymen, if we are to preserve the American experiment for future generations.

i imagine you're purely posting something to get an strengthen out of human beings. you should help your troops so that you'll proceed to awaken each and every morning go on-line to the web even as you drink your espresso and placed up extra idiotic questions for different amercians with per chance extra then a peanut sized mind like yours to respond to. you would possibly want to no longer be very spun up on different cultures and life. pass visit a number of those different international places and observe what they're freedoms are like and that i very nearly promise you that you've an all new appreciate for the troops

Yes, I support the troops, my husband being one of them. I don't like that my husband has been twice to Iraq and that he is due to go again, but I do believe this war, AGAINST TERRORISTS, is the right thing to do. I don't like our President, but I do support his decision to go after the terrorists in Iraq and everywhere else. And until people walk a day in a soldier's shoes, they don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to their opinion.

I support our troops 120%....But I will never support Bush, People so often forget that Bush works for us, not the other way around. So if I were to ever meet him, I would expect him to address me as Sir, and I would also expect him to address any other American taxpayer as sir because he works for us, we don't work for him!!!!! You don't have to support the president to support the troops, its not the troops fault their fighting a war based on lies, there just doing the job they signed up to do, and they have my full support.
