Tell her tonight so it's not like you're standing her up. Say I'm sorry, but I have to cancel, but I really want to spend time with you so when is the best time for you? If she hesitates, or can't commit to a day with this much warning, she's probably not very interested in you.

From my limited experience, it's hard to read someone this early. Explain why you are "rescheduling" and do just that- make plans at that very moment for a new date.
My second date with the guy I"m still seeing I wasnt feeling well and didnt know whether to cancel, so I called and told him I wanted to do something other than what we had planned. He did think I was ditching him, until he called when he changed the new plans and he was having dinner with his brother . I think I surprised him by agreeing to meet him there. I'm glad I did. I hit it off with his brother and proved I was still interested. Maybe do something she wants to do that you wouldnt normally do.

sounds like you're not too secure about her. Or like you're the one doubting if you should date her at all.
If she knows about your erractic job hours, she won't mind rescheduling. She might be disappointed, but it depends on the person whether she'll show if she is or isn't. So don't go by her reaction. Take some time, sit her down and explain why you might have to cancel. And while you're talking, express your concerns. That's the only way to get some clarity about your question.

Just cancel the date. Don't be afraid of her reaction. When you show that you have other things to do besides kiss up to her, she'll be more likely to pursue you. Don't ask why, it's just something that happens.

Stop going out with her on the weekend
Act like you are too busy
Don't answer her calls
Only take her out during the week
Spend a max of $40 on a date
Let her know you expect sex

Do it she'll like u more remember girls like assholes not nice guys. And your not being an asshole exaclty because ur doing for work. But she won't think that she is going to get a little insecure and re think if she is good enough for u this is goood. Then don't blow her off next time and be nice to her but not too nice. Good luck!

gently explain your situation, and ask if she would like to keep on dating even when you are busy. since it's the situation you'll have to deal with any women in the future, making it upfront and clear is the way to go. if you ask honestly, expect an honest answer. i disagree to the first man that answered yoru question, only do that if you want to be haunted by women in your nightmares.

Well a 2nd and 3rd date is a signal that she's interested in you.
Just give her notice, and it will be fine. If anything, she'll want you more because you're not being clingy. :-P
