Most guys are not disrespectful, there are some good guys out here but, face it there are going to be plenty of assholes in each bunch so you just have to have tough skin hone and get over it . If you can't get over it , at least try to ignore it .Most times when a guy is being rude or disrespectful, the first thing he wants out of you is a response. You responding and reacting all crazy just let's him know that he won, don't feed into it.

Some were not socialised properly. Others think it is cool to act like bimbos. Then you have the set that are following their peers. Finally you have a few decent ones. But the bad ones outnumber the good becuse they have low self esteems and confidence and therefore boost their EGO by being disrespectful.

Mostly because girls giggle about it, and they think it makes them cool with their friends.
You teach people how to treat you. If you accept the rudeness without a comment, or continue to hang with people who treat you disrespectfully, then you've "told" them the behavior is okay.

Because they have no manners, but it is not all guys that do that to woman. I usually ask them if they kiss there mom with that mouth, that usually makes them think.

maybe its a natural reflex response to something you say that
to him sounds just stupid? and maybe,or maybe he's just getting tired of your incessant nagging that its making him snappy. or
maybe he's just a dick and its a signal to you to move on? like maybe to me. :)
