not sure if you said HURTS OR FARTS??? pain is an issue!!!!
for the female - not you!!!! or don;t you care?? If it is the following,
the farting or passing of gas is the least of the problems-- having been an RN for 21 yrs... I am somewhat knowledgeable of this
fact--- the bowel including the rectum, (the entry is the anus) contains much bacteria - worst of which is E-COLI ... which can
cause a variety of infections - least being a fairly serious and painful urinary tract infection in the man ---unless you use a comdom - which is wise!! ... since you can't sterilize the rectum or anal area - reason for handwashing afer bathroom visits...con-
tamination to the urethral opening to the bladder.... females may get this too if touching the urethral area afterwards..... and the fact of having anal sex isn't the cleanest thing anyway .. no way to cleanse out the rectum unless using a cleamsing enema???
beforehand? hmmm..... alwasy posible dilitation of the rectal spnincter after long time performance of anal sex (sodomy)-- but it's up to both partners if it's worth the risk of loss of control of the bowels after prolonged time - have been a nurse for gay men before who both had to wear diapers due to bowel incontinence! something to think about!!! yeah the gastro-tracks are full of bacteria so wash your little alejandro after a little mining in teh back shaft and its best that you dont put your weewee back in her hellahella after you do her between the buns because that can lead to gonnorhea and thats no fun for anyone!
