Now a days you can go to the internet, find the vehicle you want and they all have a free carfax report for the vehicles, like autotrader, it offers you the carfax history on the vehicle for free, but if you cannot find it like that, the dealership where you purchase the vehicle should give it to you, if they don't offer it for you, feel free to ask for it, it is their responsability to have the history of the vehicle before selling it. Good luck and remember that volvo are the safest vehicles out there!

Just keep in mind the laws in your state. Here in CA we have "nondiscloser". We are not require to tell if the car was in a wreck.
*I work in at a collision repair center. We do not report to carfax.
_Good Luck
