That is a tough step.
Take it slow and easy. Start your list with those that are going to be “easy” to do. A friend you lied to that didn’t result in a major problem. Being late to work (The amends is being on time and being a first rate employee). Leave the tougher ones for later. By doing the easy ones irst you’ll gain confidence and you’ll also get better at making amends.
Again don’t rush the process.

Make a list of all the people you have harmed in word or deed and become willing to make amends.
1. Responding to God's conviction to make ammends.
2. Right and wrong ways to ask others to forgive you.
3. Excuses for not making amends.
4. Listing people you have harmed.
5. Understanding how others have been harmed

Sure believe and trust in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you on the cross. He died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again the third day for your justification. If you do that you will be a new creator old things will pass away. 2 Corinthians 5: 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
