I think that Aberdeen will do a lot better this season that last. The current group of players we have is really good. They just havn't shown what they are capable of yet.
This season players like Anderson, Severin and Smith will break into the Scotland first team. I guarentee it! Players such as Diamond and Nicholson will improve dramatically from last season. Plus just wait until all the African players come to us for free within the next couple of weeks. Then our team will easily be able to cope with the Old Firm and Hearts.
This season Aberdeen are a sure bet to win something. The Scottish Cup is the most likely piece of silverware coming to Pittodrie this year. Also, the smart gambler would put Aberdeen each-way to come in first or second in the SPL.
Aberdeen will have a brilliant season this year. I'm sure of it.

You seem to have used 'mighty' and 'Dons' in the same sentence. Surely thats a mistake? No, I don't think they will do much better this year.

better than what, a poor sixth. and you only finished there due to caley thistle faltering just prior to the split. stop living on past glories, you were a team back in the early to mid-eighties but now you are only a mediocre spl team who could finish anywhere between 5th and 12th. dont set your sights to high this season sunshine, you could be down there with the likes of st. mirren or dunfermline.
P.S. if we beat you as often this season as we did last season, we get to keep you. c'mon the killie.

yes they arent mighty lol but i think they will maybe come 4th or 5th this season.
