Had surgery to correct eye but did not help. It is noticable when he is tired. He is a baseball player (pitcher). Will this effect his accuracy

As long as he can see out of both eyes, there shouldn't be much of a problem but if the eyelid starts to block vision it will be a problem.

Try having a colonoscopy with a little Jack Daniels for his prep. That ought to take his mind off of his eye problems.
