what 4x4 pickup truck has good gas mielage and has enough power to tow 2 jetskis??

Almost any 4X4 will tow a couple of jet skis (even a CRV or RAV4). BUt if you want a pickup, I htink the only two to consider are the Toyota Tacoma and the Nissan Frontier. Both will get you about 20mpg.
Avoid the GM Colorado/Canyon pickups. They got terrible reviews, and they get gas mileage no where near the window sticker.
If it were me, I'd go with the Frontier.
