God approves of everything and loves you. As long as you apologize afterwards just in case, especially if you killed someone, had sex with someone or had fun in any way.
The Subway diet is a diet, so like all diets no fun whatsoever. Ergo I'm guessing God's good with it.
Just remember to suffer and be miserable.

I think so. I think the bible says that we are supposed to take care of our body so if you are going to use the 'subway diet' to do so (and it doesn't negatively interfere on the lives of others) I don't think God would have a problem with the diet.

God is not interested in any diet but only your lost soul. The Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins. Believe and trust in that and will not be making fun of God. Romans 5: 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
