well before you get to the liking you have to make friends with her. talk to her, like "hey! how's it going?" you know start up a conversation, you know, show her that your interested, after you do that, just be yourself, hang out and stuff, then when the time is right, ask her out. REMEMBER-girls don't like posers, so be yourself, that is what is most important.

First off is the inner game. You gotta like yourself and be comfortable in your own skin.
Develop the attitude that she already likes you before talking to her, and instead of trying to impress her and get her to like you, be funny, fun, and be happy.
