DD Form 1966 is the basic form used by all military services and Coast Guard for obtaining data used to determine eligibility and for establishing records for the applicants who are accepted.

Explain the situation to the Sergeant in charge of the local recruiting area and ask him to let you see the "dirty drug test." MEPS has to keep the records. When MEPS lets him know they don't have a dirty drug test on you, it should clear the path for you to get it off your record. The best thing you can do is just make sure you never sign ANYTHING without knowing EXACTLY what it says, including dates, etc. This whole situation would have been a non-issue if you'd told your recruiter from the start that you wanted to walk with your graduating class. Part of being an adult is thinking things through, and accepting when you've made a decision you may later regret... but still standing by that decision, because you gave your word. Live and learn...
