i am christian and understand from my teachings that: although we will be able to maintain our individual awareness, we will become part of a "collective" that rejoices in the light of the Lord.

that said; i am also taught by some of the biblical scholars that a new earth and a new heaven will be created and that we will dwell therein for eternity, with neither evil or war.\

it all boils down to finding out when we get there.

properly, it quite is a continued denial of the reality that Paradise grew to become into and could be on earth. With their dogma that each and every person "stable" Catholics circulate to heaven, they might desire to declare that Paradise is "different-worldly" in any different case they might might desire to describe any scenes, like defined by using Isaiah of human beings and animals taking section in existence in an atmosphere of peace. In different words, the "mere little boy" can not be painted in any way maximum appropriate those animals around, as spoken by using God. (Isaiah 11:6-9) 6 And the wolf will surely stay for a whilst with the male lamb, and with the newborn the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned youthful lion and the properly-fed animal all together; and a trifling little boy would be chief over them. 7 And the cow and the submit to themselves will feed; together their youthful ones will lie down. or perhaps the lion will eat straw in simple terms like the bull. 8 And the sucking newborn will easily play upon the hollow of the cobra; and upon the gentle aperture of a toxic snake will a weaned newborn certainly placed his very own hand. 9 they gained't do any harm or reason any destroy in all my holy mountain; because of the fact the earth will easily be full of the certainty of Jehovah because of the fact the waters are masking the very sea.

1Cor 13:12 Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

I haven't a clue what immortality will be like as we will probably experience dimensions of which we have no experience and so no concept.
I think that we will be individuals in perfect relationship with all others, so the answer is 'Yes' to both you suggestions.

The soul stays united God, being part of, no longer one, just part of a whole. One love, one feeling.
I suppose that is that, I dont know it with certainty, I never have been in the eternity

simple...believe in Jesus Christ and he will keep His promise to you that you will live in the Kingdom of Heaven for the rest of eternity...this life on earth is very short and it is only a test...if the test is passed you continue into the next life and pick up where you left off only i complete peace...the next life is just a continuation of this one...you will still be you and you still have all of your memories...how else will you recognize your loved ones when you arrive

in heaven there is no space or time...It is more like an "eternal state of being" therefore an "frozen" state of eternal happiness. All will be "one" with god..yet I believe that we retain our individual conscience but we are "inter-connected" w/ god and everyone else since there is no space.. all will be ONE

You mean like the Borg? They're not too far from that in the flesh, so it shouldn't be much of an adjustment
