According to the Bible, the only unforgivable sin is to reject the Holy Spirit

>>>Someone told me all mortal sins condemn a person to Hell<<<

They do if they go unconfessed and unrepented.

But if they are confessed and repented and if one does penance for them, then no -- mortal sins do not condemn a person to hell.

Nothing is unforgivable by God. To believe so would be to believe that there are limitations on God's power. But, of course, that's not true. Nothing is impossible with God.

Its forgivable, just repent and ask for forgiveness..

It leads to hell if you don't turn to god for forgiveness. You gotta stop doin the sin to be forgiven aswell

There is an unforgivable sin though.. I think its blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (Some say it is when you don't repent in this world, some say its when you don't accept the Holy Spirit)

The so-called "mortal sin" is a purely Roman Catholic doctrine (also adhered to by their "Eastern" followers, who have no choice in the matter so long as they swear allegiance to the Pope of Rome). Therefore, if you are not in adherence to the Pope of Rome (directly or indirectly), there is no such thing as a "mortal sin" in your religious beliefs

That being said, even for adherents to the Pope of Rome, there is absolution for "mortal sin". If you are Roman Catholic or a member of an associated church (note that the Eastern Orthodox are not associated), speak to a priest. If you are not, don't worry about it, "mortal sin" doesn't exist for you in that case.

the only sin thats unforgivable is blaspheme of the Holy Ghost. But every other sin is forgivable if you just ask God for forgiveness. And turn away from that sin.

Did you go and check it out for yourself in the Word of God. If not, get cracking. A religion of theologies and dogmas like Catholicism is where you find the term mortal sin. All sin is covered by the blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Its in the volume of the Book. KJV 1611.><>

No sin is unforgivable in God's eyes! As long as you repent from your sins and ask for forgiveness!

Taking your own life is the only sin that is unforgivable, if you take your own life you cannot repent.
