Think about it, they should pay their dues right away just like all of us.They are all naturally great in the desert. Good night vision, patrol avoidance, tunnelling (think osamma), smuggelling, Fence climbing. Forging documents. blending in with ,locals(they could pass for an Iraqi). agriculture. Worst case dont train them just drop them near a potential target and use them as decoys. Hey pretty good deal for free health care, wellfare checks, freeways,schools, police, everything else we and our fore fathers paid for.

I am actually suprised that the Bush Administration hasn't offered Mexican's citizenship for service in America's military for 4 years.
Most likely the only reason this has not, and will not ever be done is becuase it would draw continuous scrutiny from anti-war advocates as well as Democrats and the Hispanic groups.
The truth is Mexicans don't want to serve in America's Army to be citizens and they are just as satisfied sneaking in through tunnels and otherwise illegaly crossing the boarder.
An equally good idea, might be to offer prisoners in America's prisons a pardon if they serve in the American Army for 4 years. Again, that will NEVER HAPPEN.

Pesky immigrants eh...no hold on, aren't all Americans except the few remaining Native Americans all immigrants? It was your 'fore fathers' as you put it that precicely did NOT pay for anything. They stole it. And killed the people who they stole it off. Those Mexicans don't seem so bad now eh? So ponder that next time you feel like being racist/irrational/judgemental. Let's be honest. If we dropped "illegals" in Iraq, the war would be over by lunch. The country would be rebuilt by Friday and bilingual signs and Mexican groceries by week 2.

Please don't! I do not want anyone who is going to turn and run when things are hard, I also need someone who will understand me when I give them orders in English, and I need soldiers who are willing to abide by the rule of law and follow orders.
