Your not seriously going to say this to him are you ? If you do that would definitely make you the worst person in the world. That is the cruelest thing I have ever heard. Dont you know how much that would hurt him ? If his d*ck is too small for you then break up with him and move on but DO NOT say something like that to any human being. That is just horrible.

you cannot tell a guy that, even if you wanted to let it down slowly.
Guys are very protected over that thing even if is tiny. Try watching porno together and ask him if he ever would think about having something done to it, conversation about a subject when is around is easier for him to let loose.
You know your honey better, try something that he won't expect but not something that can come out to mean.

dang, you've got issues!! that's not what should come first in a relationship. break up with him if it's that much of a problem, but you can't ask someone to do that. (besides the point, that's not even possible) If that's all you really care about him, at least let him know that. personally i think you should reevaluate your relationship priorities, seek advice, or end the relationship immediately.
PS. that's a good way to break his heart; it would make me quite depressed if that's all my girlfriend wanted from me
