It may cost you a bit, but you should try going through a legal service like this. Generally if you've lived a model life since, they'll expunge in the name of justice...your is a misdemeanor, and it's at least 14 years ago, so I'd say chances are good.

Call these guys, their consultation is free.

You can expunge any offense in any state by simply being who you really are and not who they say you are. When you are brought before the court to appear and answer to, you are thereby entering into a contract of suretyship with the corporation (State). This is their way of making you a corporation for suit, They cannot as a corporation sue you unless youm agree to be that corporation. You can indicate this by looking at the violation complaint, your name will appear in all capitol letters. This is not the way the state(corporation) school districts teach how to spell your name. But it is corporate Law(UCC) to designate the individual from a corporation by Lower and upper case letters. So, now that you have entered into that contract. you may reset your court date, walk in beside.not in front of the podeum, and say " For the record, I have inadvertently entered into this contract of sureityship on such and such date not knowing or have been informed of the trickery to expose and treat me as a nom-degure, such a name and contract is unknown to me, is a misnomer and a contract without full disclosure on the part of the STATE OF OHIO( Notice it isnt State of Ohio anymore), making the previously entered contract null and Void, The end....... I have nt driven with a drivers liscence in 18 years and they cannot touch me.DeanPeter Good luck
