You have diarrhea because you are drinking too much water and your system can not get rid of it fast enough.

You can drink too much water, and it can actually do damage to your kidneys. Limit your intake to between 6 and 8 8oz glasses of water a day. A little more is ok, but 15 liters is an awful lot.

they say water is good for you.. but i think it is suppose to be something like 8 to 10 glasses a day.. maybe you should cut down some and see if this helps...i know having the diarrhea is not good for you to have every day... it will weaken you and dehydrate you even if you are drinking so much water.. perhaps if cutting down on water does not help you should contact a doctor...eating during the day helps too..eat your basic food groups and drink only 8 to 10 glasses of water a day

There is no such thing as too much water. the thing is you are drinking more than you are eating that why when you go to the bathroom it's like you have diarrhea. You need to eat 3 square meals a day to along with your water. But check with your doctor to make sure.

Yes, I would imagine that you're drinking too much water. Besides the diarrhea, I'm sure you're going to the toilet every 15 to 20 minutes to pee. Although its good to be properly hydrated, too much water is not good also. Unless you're here in the Middle East with us over here working in the hot sun, your body should require that amount of water. I do believe that you need to chill out drinking that much water. Best of luck to you.......

You're drinking WAY TOO MUCH water!! You don't need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. You certainly don't need 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) per day. You don't need ANY arbitrary target amount per day. That's just an urban myth with NO basis in science! NONE!!
Drink when you're thirsty. Period!

Is it bottled water ?
Because there is a medical condition where some people get stomach problems with bottled water.( its quite common)
Buy a water filter and use tap water, store it in the fridge.

I don't think it's the water. Are you eating enough? Maybe you need more fiber? I'd check with your doctor.
