MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF....JUST DO THE FOLLOWING...PUT SOME OLIVE OIL IN A PAN, ADD SHRIMP. ADD A LITTLE WHITE WINE IF YOU HAVE IT, SOME BUTTER, DRIED DILL, LEMON JUICE, AND SOME MINCED GARLIC...DON'T WORRY 2 GARLICS CANCEL EACH OTHER OUT SO YOU WILL BE FINE HERE...
DON'T EVEN WORRY ABOUT THE MEASUREMENTS...I JUST EYEBALL EVERYTHING...LESS IS MORE WITH SHRIMP IN MY OPINON...THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS ARE YOUR BASIC "SCAMPI" STYLE...JUST TOSS SHRIMP UNTIL WARMED THROUGH AS YOU SAY THEY ARE PRE-COOKED.
I WOULD ADD GARLIC JUST TOWARDS THE END SO IT DOESN'T BURN...
TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD, ONCE YOU PLATE IT...SPRINKLE A LITTLE CHOPPED PARSLEY, MAYBE ADD SOME CRACKED PEPPER AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO..
YOU CAN SERVE ALONE OR OVER RICE
IF ALONE...TRY A NICE CRUSTY BREAD & SALAD ON THE SIDE
GOOD LUCK! ;)

Melt some butter 1/2 stick in a medium to large skillet.Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper , garlic. Cook until shrimp is hot. Cook some pasta.( use package directions for the time you need to boil it) Drain , mix in some butter so pasta doesn't stick. Get a good pre-made white sauce. Heat sauce and mix in pasta. Put pasta on plate, put shrimp on pasta, sprinkle with fresh cut basil. Serve with salad and bread.

Seafood Linguini With White Wine Sauce
We were craving shrimp and white wine sauce on night, and this is what I came up with. Bay scallops were on sale at the store, so I threw those in too. Please feel free to use any white wine you like. I happened to have a nice bottle of savignon blanc on hand, and it worked just fine. As a matter of fact, it tasted amazing. Note on the sea salt: I have some Tuscan flavored sea salt which is what I used for seasoning. If you don't have a flavored salt, please feel free to add some dried spices to taste such as dried italian spice or a little rosemary. This also tastes great reheated the next day after the pasta absorbs more of the sauce.
1 lb linguine
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb bay scallops
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups white wine (savignon blanc)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
sea salt (Tuscan Seasoned)
ground black pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish
4-6 servings
1. Cook linguini according to package directions.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
3. Add garlic and crushed red pepper and cook for a couple minutes until fragrant.
4. Melt a couple tablespoons of the butter into the olive oil and garlic, and add the shrimp.
5. Add the white wine and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for another 3-5 minutes until wine reduces.
7. Add scallops, remaining 1 tbsp of butter and lemon zest.
8. Cook sea scallops for another couple minutes until just warmed through.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. When pasta is cooked , drain and add to a large serving bowl.
11. Top linguini with the seafood an white wine and spinkle with the chopped parsley.
12. I like to let the pasta sit for a bit covered in foil to absorb some of the sauce before serving.

If you want to make a meal with them, make a shrimp pasta. Cook some spaghetti and then mix butter garlic, and the thawed shrimp all in. If you'd like them on the side, I would make them on the grill. I usually sprinkle them with just some onion powder, garlic and oil/vinegar. If they are cooked already toss them on the grill for just a minute or two per side.

I can make your girlfriend love your grillin'. Easy recipe is to take buy some bacon. I would recomend putting the shrimp on toothpicks or skewers to make it easier to turn them.Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic. Rap it (raw bacon) around the shrimp And put them on your grill or in a sautee pan if u dont have a grill and grill them until bacon is slightly crispy. You could serve them on a plate alone or on top of a white bean salad and fresh tomoatos! Good luck!

You can spruce them up by making shrimp alfredo pasta or some BBQ shrimp, I'm originally from new Orleans and you put some spices to it and they will be very good. Buy some Tony's chacere's seasoning, and that will season it well
