my face is sort of oval, and i got side sweep bangs, and EVERYONE complimented me, and i mean EVERYONE...i don't think it matters wat side, w/e u want

The most overword used that defines overused things: cliche. I had that whole side sweep thing when I was 8. Uh, 6 years ago. "side-sweep bangs" so to speak, are annoying. They're dangerous too! If they're too long. And unless you wear glasses to protect your eyes . . .Goodness, how hazardous. Does it come with a caution tag? Ha.

My little sister tries to pull them off. I think that anyone with bangs can look great with that style. It would look really cute if you clipped the bangs back with a butterfly hair clip or something.

For the right person, they are totally sexy. Do you want to live with bangs banging your face all day?
The direction is stage right - your right. The other way would look good, again, on the right person.

side swept bangs are GORGEOUS and im sure your hair will look amazing if you get them cut. But they are annoying and they will get in your way. And you can't ever pull back ALL your hair because the bangs will be too short

I think they look cute but I don't know anything about the shape of ones face...My sister does that 'do all the time and it looks great. Plus, you'll never know unless you try them! Go for it!

On some people it looks super cute but on others it look bad. I think it all depends on the shape of your face. If your face is more rounded then I wonuldn't do it.

It bothers me to see a person who has bangs that cover their eyes. Try asking a female friend who can answer you ethically without any negativity. I think you would look cool slicking it back.

i love bangs. my best haircuts have been with bangs on them. i pretty much let them do their thing. sometimes to the left, sometimes to the right. just go with the flow. jsut see what will look better on you.
