I'm 33 and two years ago flab starting sticking to me! My friends tell me it's an age thing but I refuse to believe them!!! I'm not giving up without a fight!
Ashtanga yoga has given me fantastic results but it's taken a hell of a long time. Almost two years. The scales haven't changed but the body has. Now it's summer and I'm wearing slightly more revealing clothes the compliments have been flooding in, and those in the know identify it as a 'yoga body'. I'd really recommend Ashtanga Vinyasa, but it is a long term committment.
Good luck whatever you choose.

Unfortunately you can't target fat in specific areas to lose! Believe me I have tried. There is no quick fix. You must eat a healthy diet and exercise at least 6x a week. Do some resistance training 2 to 3 x a week. Building muscle will burn 2x the calories than just cardio! I am sure this is not what you want to hear, but is sooo very true!
I am 31 with 2 kids as well, and it has taken me 7 months to lose 17 pounds. I even had a trainer for 1.5 years. It is so hard and frustrating when you do everything that you are suppose to do! Even with Lipo the fat cells are removed but then the ones that are left will get bigger again. So, that clearly does not work! I have known people who did that too!
Make sure you have a healthy digestive system, you will lose faster when it is working correctly! Women seem to have problems in that area too! I hope this helps some, but in essence there is nothing that will target fat loss in a specific area!

Pilates and Yoga are the best excerises to tone and slim problem areas. They focus on all areas of the body are are usually very calming. Using medicine balls and a balance ball can help tone your mid section also. Lunges and squats work great on your thighs, and bum regions. Lunges are performed by the individual standing with their feet shoulder-width apart, and then steping forward as far as they can. The motion is continued until the back knee is nearly touching the ground. Then they return to their starting position, and repeat the exercise by stepping forward with their other leg. The squat is performed by bending the legs at the knees and hips, lowering the torso between the legs, and then reversing direction to stand up straight again. Alternating the two excerises, in reps of 15-20 and sets of 3 on each excerise and you'll be in prime shape in no time at all

I'm a month away from 30 and here's what I do. I do cardio 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, but at a good intensity. I don't mean a lazy walk, I mean I push myself and I sweat. If i'm not at the top of my game I do 20 min, but if i'm feeling good i push it to 30.
I also lift leg weights twice a week and upper body once. I do lunges, squats or leg press, hamstring curl and inner and outer thigh. If you don't belong to a gym, there are exercised that you can do at home, look them up on the net. I just like to put as much weight on the leg press that i can and see what i can do. i've had great results. I also eat fairly healthy, but I give myself 1 day a week to not workout and eat anything and I mean anything I want.
Good luck.

My daughter has been doing Tae Bo. It takes only a few minutes of her time each day, and she is having great results. She uses a Tae Bo video.
You're never too old to tone up if you are healthy.

NO %. UP lines! ew...the finished did you fart cuz your blowing me away element makes me wanna slap the guy. First flirt along with her with the aid of conserving eye touch somewhat longer than common with out staring. If she seems lower back then its a sturdy sign. enable her be responsive to which you're finding at her. a pair of a million/2 an hour later "by risk" run into her in a yet another area of the mall. then you quite can walk as much as her and say "howdy, i observed you in the previous and alter into thinking is you would be wanting me to call you it sluggish...." i think of this variety she would be able to already be responsive to you. If she says no do no longer situation. She is in all risk in basic terms intimidated. in basic terms say "ok, your loss. And walk away." i be responsive to i could completely sense sorry approximately it if a guy mentioned that to me.
