Waxing your body can eventually destroy the food source for the hair and it may not grow back in. It would take a really long time. Have you ever noticed that some people over pluck their eyebrows and they never grow back? It's the same principle. It would take much longer on your legs and under arms I would imagine.

I don't know if that's true but it sounds good and if I had known that I would have done it before starting to shave! Dam it!!

I can tell you that when I get into my waxing modes and do it like consecutively for 3 months that not all the hait grows back liek when you shave, it will come in like spurts and very fine and not as fast. So I say if you can try it out do it, waxing is better than shaving anyways, but it's just too expensive for me to keep up with.

I don't know what type of waxing you talking about but if its like the Brazilian Bikini wax, then yes ripping them off will eventually damage them and they'll stop growing ,although you have to go frequently waxing and this still takes some years.

It wont all go away, but it does get much thinner. It takes years of waxing to get to that point though.

I don't think it stops completely, but I do have less hair. I always only have waxed.

I believe so, because of the constant hot wax and peeling of skin. I love to shave my mid-origin and butt. Not my cheeks, my hole
