Its my understanding that they have found that people in different regions of the world have different digestive enzymes that have evolved in humans as a result of different diets. That is to say that they can prove that these differences didn't always exist and over the course of time people have adapted and developed these differences. aka survival of the fittest. This is the proof of evolution asked for by so many on this site.

If I go to Africa and get a tan, then pass menelin in my genes down to my children and their children, is that evolution too?

No of course not...

If I go to alaska and get used to the cold, is that evolution?

No...

If I go to a poor country and don't eat, and get used to not eating alot, is that evolution?

If I live on the open ocean in a boat, and get used to holding my breath and swiming... is that evolution?

NO it is not, In either instance I did not evolve solar energy consuption in Africa, I did not evolve a cool resistant skin in Alaska, I did not evolve a smaller stomach in the poor countries, and I did not evolve gills on the ocean... I was still Human, my genes were the same...

No, just plain and simple adaption to the environment.... I am still Human, my genes are still the same....

Hey we Creationist don't even have to refute evolution, you uneducated people make the Theory sound so stupid, and in the proccess make your self look like a fool....

Evolution = changing into a whole different attributes in the DNA by which to adapt...

The core bases of evolution states that non living substance formed to gether and created a living organism...

or life came from non living things by itself...

The universe big banged itself into existance from nothing by chance...

Now doesn't that sound stupid?

Yes of course....

May God grant you wisdom and God bless you and your family...

Animals and humans do develop different characteristics based upon environments. This is NOT evolution. Scientists refer to this as Macroevolution.
This explains why some people have dark skin, some white. But the man remains a man
This explains why some cats have spots, some stripes.....but the cat remains a cat.
.....and so on and so forth

This does NOT make a man from a monkey or a snake or a bird from a fish. All creatures still are basically as they were long ago except for the environmental changes

you're thoroughly misinformed. i'm sorry fact makes you mad, that's so unhappy. you be attentive to, the pope reported that evolution is how god did it. does that make you experience extra proper? Are you even conscious that evolution does no longer say adult men descended from apes? So, are you mad approximately some thing that's no longer even being reported? on the different hand, you're conscious that we and chimpanzees have ninety 5% comparable dna? bear in mind, if somebody tells you evolution has been proved incorrect, they're mendacity to you - and that they are taking you for a fool and attempting to apply you to strengthen their very own ability in some way. Evolution is the single maximum supportd concept in technology. And, you probable could be attentive to that a concept isn't a speculation, no longer of venture. A concept is the superb clarification for a physique of data. electrical energy is a concept. Gravity is a concept. Evolution is a concept. a extraordinarily darned good one. i'm hoping you may learn how to handle reailty. this is quite ok. bear in mind, the genesis introduction account has 2 distinctive variations and jews, whose texts those are, don't have faith they're actually authentic.

Yes, I knew that. We obviously don't look like our forefathers, the "cave men." Humans are animals too and like animals we evolve. As for the guy above me; we don't just evolve in one lifetime, evolution takes years so just because you go to Africa and get a tan no that doesn't mean that you're children will be born tanned and that's not evolution! Are you sure you studied it correctly? Evolution will take many generations. It doesn't just happen out of nowhere, it takes hundreds of years. If only everyone would understand that humans didn't magically appear one day. Here's a time line of human evolution http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_human_evolution

Evolution has been proven true over the years by many scientists all over the world. I think that creationists try to bend the rules to make Evolution look bad.

This is all a bunch of bunk. How do they know it happened the way they claim. They were not actually there on the scene when it happened so it is all based on speculation. If you really want to know what really happened, read the first five chapters of Genesis in The Holy Bible. God was there. He knows all about it. He knows exactly what happened. No one else does, they weren't there.

That's true. Evolution has been proved many times. Unfortunately, some people don't believe in facts.

""have different digestive enzymes that have evolved in humans as a result of different diets. ""

A perfect case of ADAPTATION!

I no longer digest milk very well -- the enzymes are pretty well gone because I haven't used them for 4o years.

No they have not... it is still just a theory... and it will remain a theory...even those of the scientific community who oppose The Faith based concepts, will admit it is unprovable... that is why it is, and will remain, a theory
