Well they may not be weirdoes but they do have a habbit....( if you know what i mean..... and lizard just above me (or if you choose me for best not above me any more) came round yesterday..... we had... fun..!!! and if you look carefully you will see dots at the ends of the exclamation mark .... see thats why people use dots because it is almost an expression... ;-) ...

Actually... the three dot take off or lead into is correct English puncuation for a break in a quote or explanation ...may be just a web thing to some. :)

hmm good question i do it to create effect but some people do it to be #1 on an answer and then go back and change it when they figure it out because the asker doesn't always use what are sent in the e-mail but what is on the screen (unlike me) check ya later ♥
