Even before I was a christian I never put people down for their beliefs, I just didn't feel the way they did. I now am a christian but I am still a human being. I enjoy listening to and talking to other people and I don't think I have the ablity to change them. If someone was interested in my belief I would talk to them about what I have been through. Why so much hate?

I did not know about all the killing. Where on earth do you get all your facts? I live in America and have killed no one. I am not a hypacrit. I find it amazing the aurguments for not believing in God. Yet you are on this website. I think you are looking for something and just want to argue about it so maybe you can secretly believe it.

Because what is right usually isn't what is popular. It's easier for people to live according to their own thoughts or feeling than it is to live according to God's standards. So, they lash out because they feel threatened by anyone who doesn't live the same "do as I please, answer to no one, lack of standards" way of life.

Jesus said that because some people hate Him, people will hate His followers also. Some do not come to the light because the light exposes what is in the darkness. Since people's ways are evil, they love darkness more than light & don't come to the light.

Let your love light shine. And remember, it doesn't matter what they think. It matters what God thinks. You're a child of God. No one can take that away from you. God told me that last Sunday Service. God loves you soooo much.

Sometimes God will tell you to encourage someone in the truth. Be obedient. It doesn't matter if they might be offended. God wants you to speak to person about it. I did this before & since it was a touchy subject (Holy Spirit), where I had been wounded in the past, I was shaking in my boots +. Later, God rewarded me with a crown of courage even though I didn't feel courageous. (The root of anziety attacks in my life is when I have been wounded by someone I care about.) I have been wounded for sharing or trying to share my testimonies, & when the topic comes up later, I can have an anxiety attack. I am learning how to depend on God's love for me & His direction.

It's just the same old crap. Liberals (aka marxist scum) are trying to deconstruct religion so that people will accept their acts of heinous evil. So they wage a propaganda war against christianity. Yahoo Answers is their new favorite place to do this it seems.

You probably have one or two people with like 20 different throw away accounts constantly pumping out messages of hate. They want to make it seem like there are many people in this country that are anti-christian. The reality, however is that most people in this country are practicing christians and those who are anti-christian bigots are scorned by almost everyone.

Just ignore them. They are nobody.

Because you are the biggest hypocrites of them all....

Not you personally, but Christians in general are hypocrites. Eg.: You have all these rules and "sins" that youre not supposed to commit - but you commit them anyways under the impression that God will forgive you in the end. You claim that gays shouldnt be allowed to marry because it destroys the sanctity of marriage - then go out and get divorced (Christians have a higher divorce rate [27%] than both non-Christians [21%] and gays [17%]) Your church and Vatican is the richest "country" on Earth - yet you ask for donations from your poorest members, horde the money, then call for others to donate to charity causes... In the 1980's, Pope John Paul visited a site in Italy that had been hit by an earthquake. Rather than donate the Church's funds to his own people, the Pope blessed a few and left - no money from the Church... You claim that your religion is about peace and love - then you go out and kill muslims, jews, Knights Templar, Fransican monks (yagain, your own people), and "witches" - even though prior to the witch hunts, the church refused to recognize witches. But when they ran out of Fransicans to kill, they changed their opinion on witches and began to kill them...

Do I need to go on? Christians are the worst hypocrites, period.

Because we're sick and tired of your silly excuse for a religion popping up in sane rational places?

Because, like in any religion (or any group, for that matter), there are fanatics that make a bad name for the rest.

I think that's a poor generalisation. I think some of it is bullying
and some just ignorance.
