I have a business that is not going so well. My parents are worried about me because I am not making money. My boyfriend is worrying about not having enough to cover his bills so he is avoiding me. (He does that when he is down.)

I pray, but lately I feel like God is not listening to me, because right now I don't have money to pay my bills. And I am frustrated because it would only take a few sales or a part time bookkeeping job to let me pay bills each month. But lately there has been nothing.

I am sorry I said my boyfriend is avoiding me, he had been working quite a bit trying to make money, working weird hours and so he has been spending more time at his house.

Thank you to all that believe in God, and to those that don't just wish me luck. Because I have been working hard at making a living from home for over 2 years, while my ex-employer has caused problems, including harrassing my family. Never mind getting me blacklisted so I can't do bookkeeping in my home town.

Keep your head up. I have often struggled in hard times to keep the faith, and suffered some MAJOR setbacks, and discovered it was better for me in the long run, and what I wanted at the time may not have been the best thing for me.

I understand how you feel, but I have learned, sometimes it is YEARS down the line before the blessing comes from something difficult. Keep your head up.

The whole praying this is nice but what you need to do is take some action. I owned my own business for 25 years, so I'm kind of an expert.

You need to generate business somehow. You do what you need to do. Where can you get more business? Have you tried any advertising? If not you need to. If you don't have the money find it somewhere, beg, borrow or steal it. Well, don't steal it. Find the place where it will yield the best and quickest results. What is your target ? Who are your potential customers? Sometimes it can be as easy as making a flyer and taking to businesses. You a bookkeeper? Target small businesses.

Get the advice of other business people, lots of that online.

Owning a business is not easy, most of them fail, which means the strong survive. You have to be aggressive and take chances. If you're not that type, get a job. I know that may sound cruel, but it's the truth.

Good luck

Certainly prayer helps and requesting prayer is not a bad thing either. Remember though that often prayers are answered other than what we would expect or want. The prayer is best for God's Will and help in accepting that outcome rather than always looking for a positive result. Sometimes also our situations cause us to re-evaluate our circumstances and conditions and exactly where God is in our lives. Remember too that many very successful people came from the bottom before they could reach the heights. What you are going through is certainly not a pleasant situation but often it's the hard times and the rough situations that we find God and our faith rather than when things are going right. I will pray that God's will be done and that you be open to the paths and doors He presents for you.

Life is full of bumps in the road.
Keep praying, don't give up on God and God won't give up on you.
Overcoming the worst things that life throws at you determines your strength.
I was always told that prayer only has an impact if you believe in what you are praying for and if you keep a positive mind through the worst situation that everything will just fall together.
If you think negative, things might just turn out that way.
I will pray for you but always know that sometimes prayer is in need of a little of your action.

I will pray for you tonight when I go to bed.God works in mysterious ways that we cannot always understand.Don`t pray for money but pray for clarity into God`s will.If you want money you only have to order the angels around you to find you some.Do it out load and believe.I`m not crazy. It works and I do it whenever I get to deep into trouble.Money is always an issue. Remember that God own everything and therefore he also own all the money in the world. If you order the angels to get you some the have to obey as they are there to serve the children of God.

Prayer is in session! Have faith precious one. Even if the business does not turn out the way you would like, God has another design for you. Usually the silence we hear from God is because he is saying -wait- and have faith. He will speak and work in your parents lives and your boyfriend's lives. Just go to Jesus and give up. Lay it all at His feet. You can not do this on your own, but He will take care of all of it. Just watch!
May the Lord bless you abundantly!

I'm sorry that this is going on in your life. God always listens but its us that do not listen when he is giving us a response. Everything will come out good. What kind of boyfriend avoids you when things get tough? That doesn't sound right to me. Everything will turn out in your business and I will be sure to say a prayer for you. Good Luck!

Rest easy knowing that I am praying for you, God is listening and hearing you, and your problem is in His more then capable hands. Remember, the Lord will provide you with everything you need. Keep strong in your faith, don't let Satan pull you down. When you believe and have faith in the Lord, he will provide your daily bread (aka your day to day needs). Keep in mind that when you seem to be on your journey all alone, that is when Jesus Christ is carrying you along your path. God bless you and your business.

If you have faith in him and keep praying, he will carry you through this. When you're dealing with a bad situation, is always important to remember that God never gives you anything you CAN'T handle!!!! I'll pray, and I send you my best wishes for the future!

I will not. Only YOU are responsible for the success of your business. Your time would be better spent working harder and smarter.

I WILL pray for important things that I think most people should really care about: Peace, feeding hungry children, saving our Planet Earth.

Although I don't believe God really listens to us...
