how can i go to the JP without my mom knowing?

i got i ticket for no seltbelt and i dont want my mom to know cause she told me that if i get another one i wont be ever to drive again i am 17 and i live in texas so pls tell me

this is my 2nd one i got one when i got caught when i had the little boy i was babysitting and he was not in his car seat. i didnt know. but i saw DPS on one side of me and i passed him and he saw that the little boy was not in the car seat and i had gotten and ticket for that i had to go in front of the judge with my mom cause i got charge for not having the little boy in his seat

sorry kiddo, if you are actually from Texas and a Juvenile, you will be required by law to appear in front of the JP (if county) or municipal judge (if city) with a parent. The court will send a letter to your residence if you do not make contact with them. Better fess up now before its too late and you just dig a little deeper.

I would contact the court mentioned on the ticket. Some courts require juveniles to appear in front of the judge and some don't. You may just be able to pay the fine without appearing in court.

Another way to avoid this is to obey traffic laws...and wear your seatbelt...
