ok... sound like you've got an omelet, steak, and seasoned potatos... make sure you sautee the mushrooms (cut sliced), the onion (diced), parsley, garlic (minced), tomato (diced), alittle pepper and salt. all this with some butter until they get a bit soft. put them aside after being cooked. now, get a small pan ready by putting some butter in it, and beat the eggs in a bowl, then pour. when cooked well, not burned, then put 3/4 of the sauteed mixure in the omlet on one side, so the other side can be flipped. the rest of the mixture will be mixed in with diced potatos, and butter and cooked in a pan. the steak is self-explainatory... just heat in on the pan. this is a great example of how you can make a simple breakfast out of nothing. good luck.

well - cut up your potato's into cubes, slice your onion and slice mushrooms and cook in butter in a frying pan. In a bowl mix your eggs, a little salt and a little pepper. Cut your steak in cubes and cook it. When all is done scramble up your eggs and then put it all in the pan together and eat with a tortilla or just by itself.
